All products are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

This is the time required to produce and prepare your item before it ships.


Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and seasonal demand.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are produced at different facilities.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • customs processing
  • incorrect shipping information

If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll assist where possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Legendary Souls is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If you believe your package has been lost, contact the carrier directly.
